Methi or Fenugreek is also a rich reservoir of medicinal properties. Some of them are, It helps reduce cholesterol, helps control blood sugar levels in diabetics, aids digestion. We can prepare many dishes with methi, one of which is “methi paratha”. The only hard work is to pluck the leaves 😓.
