Mooli paratha is the yummiest radish dish. This can be done in two ways. First method is stuffed version, in which radish is sauteed with all the spices for stuffing. In the second method, grated radish is directly added into the wheat flour and combined with all the spices.
But I always follow the second method because it is hard to roll the dough in the first method as the radish releases lot of water.
Mooli is very healthy vegetable. You should include it in your diet. This recipe is very easy and kids too will enjoy eating these parathas.
Mooli Paratha (Radish Paratha)

3. Take the dough and make equal sized balls and roll the balls into round shaped chapati with a rolling pin by dusting little flour.
4. Heat a tawa and place the chapati on it and cook for a minute, flip it and apply oil or ghee, the lower side should be cooked then flip again apply ghee and cook it well.
